The initiative is being implemented in partnership with the Medical Center "Dr. I. S. Greenberg" and laboratory MLB (Medizinische Laboratorien Bonn) in Germany
"Vita" Hospital launches an initiative to promote the benefits of collection and storage of stem cells. The initiative aims to provide more and clearer information to mothers about the opportunities that stem cells from the umbilical cord give them and the prospect of using them to treat a number of diseases.
The project is supported by the Consultative Diagnostic Center "Dr. I. S. Greenberg." Partner of "Vita" in this endeavor is the MLB approved laboratory for processing and storage of stem cells in Bonn, Germany, whose leader is Prof. Krupenbaher.
About MLB
MLB is on the website of CBT (Centre for immune blood disease), which allows direct access to its specialists. MLB is also a contractor of "Beta Clinic" in Bonn - modern neurosurgery clinic, which performs the treatment of patients with stem cells.
MLB has a production license for the processing of cord blood and bone marrow according to the German Drug Act and is subject to regulatory control daily. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an international standard for quality control. MLB is the first private laboratory in Europe with GMP quality seal. This means that when you request a sample of stem cells you will be supplied with the complete laboratory records as well as with files for traceability and certificate of GMP, in order to avoid unnecessary future testing or other complications.
