Orthopaedy and Traumatology treat the lesions and traumas of locomotory apparatus. To these lesions belong the congenital malformation of extremities, development abnormalities, inflammatory degenerative states /arthrosis/, tumors, etc. Traumas of locomotory apparatus (fractures, luxation and sprain) vary from very severe such, to light states without consequences for the patient’s life or extremity function.
