Bloodless operations are carried out at Multiprofile hospital for active treatment “Vita” since 15 April 2005 under the management of Dr. Ivaylo Tzvetkov and Dr. Veselin Liutzkanov, who have more than 850 similar operations and have specialized mini - invasive surgery in leading European clinics. Endoscopic plastics of inguinal hernias is carried out by this method which are not done even at the University Hospitals in Sofia and in the country due to absence of specialists skilled in this technique. It is very suitable for patients with bilateral hernias. Duration of operation varies from 30 to 65 minutes. The patients are mobilized from the 4^th hour after operation and discharged between the 12^th and 24^th hour.
