Information
Dr. Radostina Dukovska is an abdominal surgeon with over 14 years of experience gained at several hospitals in Germany.
She graduated in medicine in 2009 from MU Sofia, and briefly worked at the Clinic of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery at VMA Sofia. In 2012 she continued her specialization at a clinic in Germany, and in 2016 she received an invitation to move to one of the leading hospitals in North Rhine-Westphalia, where in 2020 she obtained her specialty in General Surgery and became Chief Physician in the Department of Bariatric Surgery. She continued her qualifications, obtaining her specialty in Visceral Surgery in 2024, and six months later in Special Visceral Surgery. In 2022 she obtained her specialty in nutritional medicine.
Dr. Dukovska has interests in the field of bariatric and laparoscopic surgery, and is also certified as a console surgeon in Da Vinci robotic surgery.
Since the beginning of November, Dr. Dukovska has been part of the Department of Surgery at Hospital VITA.
She speaks German, English and Russian.
