Preslava Bikovska has been part of the team of specialists at Hospital VITA since May 2019.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
Currently, she is a Ph.D. student in Developmental Psychology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Her research interests focus on: mental health and well-being of pregnant women, their partners, and babies, early parent-child relationships, and relational risk.
Preslava Bikovska is continuing her psychotherapeutic training in systemic family therapy and psychodrama.
She has undergone several trainings at the Anna Freud Center, UK, and is certified to work with children and families using the method of mentalization-based therapy. She has 10 years of experience providing psychological support to families, children, individuals, and groups in centers for children with developmental disorders, hospital setting, and private practice.
