Silvia Orucheva M.D.

Information

Dr. Silvia Orucheva graduated in Medicine in 2009 from Thracian University, Stara Zagora. In 2010, she became a member of the Medical Association in Spain with the right to practice in the country, where she worked until 2013.

In 2013, Dr. Orucheva won a competition and began her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tokuda Hospital Sofia under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Iliya Karagyozov. After completing her specialization, she worked as an attending physician in the Department of General and Oncological Gynecology, Pelvic Surgery, and Obstetrics at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital Sofia.

In December 2017, she obtained her specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and since February 2018, she has been part of Dr. Karagyozov’s team at VITA Hospital as a specialist in the Department of Operative Gynecology.

Dr. Orucheva is a member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, Bulgarian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Bulgarian Association of Oncogynecology, and the Bulgarian Association of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery.

Her professional interests include benign and malignant gynecological diseases, prevention and destructive treatment of cervical precancerous lesions, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and laser and aesthetic gynecology.

Dr. Orucheva does not examine children or pregnant women.
