Dr. Magdalena Bogdanova

Information

Dr. Magdalena Bogdanova has been part of the team at Vita Hospital since June 2026.

Her professional path began with volunteering in the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Acibadem City Clinic, Sofia in 2016. She then completed an internship under a European program in the Pediatric Department of University Hospital "Lozenets". She completed her residency and worked in the field of pediatrics at Hospital "Zdraveto" and SBALDБ "Prof. Ivan Mitev", where she gained extensive clinical experience, including in the Department for Treatment of Genetic and Metabolic Diseases. She subsequently developed her outpatient practice at DCC XVII, Sofia.

Dr. Bogdanova performs diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of childhood diseases. She has a special interest in child nutrition and dietetics and consults patients with overweight, feeding difficulties, lack of appetite, type 1 diabetes, as well as issues related to weaning and healthy eating in children. In her work, she applies an individual approach and modern medical practices.

Education:

• Graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2016.
• In December 2024, obtained the specialty "Pediatric Diseases".
• Since March 2026, she is completing a residency in "Nutrition and Dietetics".
