Dr. Mila Arnaudova, MD, PhD is a specialist in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases with over 13 years of experience, with interests in the fields of diabetes mellitus, prediabetes, obesity, thyroid diseases, hypovitaminosis, and osteoporosis.
Education:
- Graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2009
- Obtained specialty in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases at the Military Medical Academy (VMA), Sofia
- Defended a doctoral dissertation on the topic "Diabetes Mellitus and the Thyroid Gland"
- In 2017–2019, served as a lecturer in Endocrinology for Bulgarian and international medical students at Sofia University
- From 2018, holds a Master's degree in Public Health and Health Management
Qualifications:
- Course in ultrasound of the thyroid gland and cervical region
- Course in bone density assessment and osteodensitometry
- Postgraduate courses in Athens, Zagreb, Paris, and Sofia
- Member of the Bulgarian Society of Endocrinology and the Bulgarian Diabetes Association
- Author and co-author of over 130 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and over 65 participations in Bulgarian and international scientific congresses with posters or oral presentations
