Dr. Norin Han has been part of the team at VITA Hospital since April 2026.
From 2020 to 2023, she worked as a healthcare assistant at SBAL for Pediatric Diseases "Prof. Ivan Mitev", where she gained clinical experience in the Intensive Care Unit, Admissions Office, and Pulmonology Clinic.
From January 2024 to March 2026, she completed her residency in Pediatric Pneumology and Phthisiatry at SBAL for Pediatric Diseases "Prof. Ivan Mitev", and since April 2026 has continued her residency at UMBAL "Alexandrovska".
Dr. Han performs diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases in childhood, including typical and atypical pneumonias, bronchial asthma, bronchiectatic disease, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and interstitial lung diseases.
Her professional interests are focused on the diagnosis of foreign body aspiration, congenital diseases of the bronchopulmonary system, tuberculosis in childhood, as well as functional and imaging diagnostics in pediatric pulmonology.
Education:
- Graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2023
- Completing her residency in Pediatric Pneumology and Phthisiatry at UMBAL "Alexandrovska"
Dr. Han actively participates in national and international congresses and training programs in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology, and has completed the course Imaging of the Pediatric Chest, 2025.
