The technics for lifting and breasts reduction are similar, but in the reduction there is incision of a part of the gland. The ability for breast-feed after delivery is preserved in both variants
The operation is done under general anesthesia. One or two nights stay in clinic post-operatively. Scars are around areole, perpendicular down and in the curve below the breast (under the form of anchor).
No strong pain after operation. Wetting of scars is avoided about 5-6 days after the operation.
Special elastic bra to ware for a month.
Administration of Aspirin is avoided one week prior to operation. The patients should not be in the monthly period during the operation.
